Cleaning Process
Final Cleaning: Conducted when the construction site is clear of workers, this thorough cleaning includes all surfaces, fixtures, appliances, windows, and detailed cleaning of cabinets and drawers.
Our Cleaning Process
1. Heavy Dust Removal:
We use HEPA vacuums and wipe all surfaces to eliminate dust.
2. Fine Dust Removal:
The entire property is wiped top-to-bottom with Masslinn cloths and microfiber pads.
3. Deep Cleaning:
The property is cleaned repeatedly with damp cloths and suitable cleaning solutions per surface material.
Fluff (Touch-Up) Cleaning: Just before handing over the property, we perform a touch-up clean to address any resettled dust, ensuring the property is ready for occupancy.
Conducted 24 hours post Final Clean:
1. Re-settled Dust Removal:
Horizontal Fe surfaces are wiped with Masslinn cloths, and |)” floors vacuumed using HEPA technology.
2. Wet Work:
All horizontal surfaces receive a secondary clean using damp microfiber cloths, and floors are thoroughly mopped with a pH-neutral product.
Equipment
HEPA 500 Air Scrubber:
This is a portable filtration system designed to remove airborne particles and improve air quality. It is used during and after the cleaning process to help filter out dust and airborne particles resulting from the construction process.
Masslinn Cloths:
These are dusting cloths made from a specially treated material that attracts dust like a magnet. They are used for wiping down surfaces to remove dust and small debris without scratching or damaging the surface.
HEPA Vacuums:
High-Efficiency Particulate Air vacuums are used to clean up small particulates that can be harmful if inhaled. They have filters that can trap a large amount of very small particles that other vacuum cleaners would simply recirculate back into the air.

Mariah Roberts2024-01-29We called this company because we had people coming over for the weekend and we needed our house and attached commercial office fully cleaned. On the phone I gave a detailed description of each room in the house, the condition, and the square footage. They gave us a price range at that point, which I figured may not be fully accurate since they hadn’t actually seen the house. However when they got to the house the day of, they did a full walk through and then gave us a definite number (which was higher than the initial estimate). They told us it would take 6 hours and need 2 people to clean. We discussed the main priorities being a general clean including the basics - floors, counter tops, dusting etc. They started cleaning and while they did a good job with the areas they touched, they worked very slow and did not get much done. The majority of the time was spent in the upstairs bedroom and kitchen, and then they vacuumed only in 2 other rooms. By this point we were already getting to the end of the scheduled time. He then asked what we wanted to focus on for the remainder of the time and we again reiterated the things we needed done in the downstairs area. At the end of the time, they hadn’t done the majority of the downstairs living space, hadn’t touched the second bathroom or laundry room, and didn’t get to step foot in the office at all. They quickly did the floors in our living room and dining room and acted like they were doing us a favor by staying past the allotted time to get something done we originally had agreed on them doing. After they left the floors were clearly rushed because there was an area with broken glass, and a couple areas with still visible dirt and spills. I spoke to the owner to communicate our concerns and he just kept saying they did the 6 hours we were scheduled for. He told me if we wanted the rest of the areas done we had booked them for, that they would need to come back and charge us a new additional price. If we had been given an accurate price and timeframe, we would have paid more if needed to ensure the job got done or used a different company. Since the job was not completed as scheduled we were in a difficult situation as we have a newborn baby and had to try to get the rest of it cleaned ourselves before our guests arrived. Beware of this company that I believe gives a low initial price in order to book jobs and then works at a slow pace and doesn’t deliver the full job agreed upon in order to get more jobs and charge more money.Hue-Kan Tran2024-01-07Craig and team did a phenomenal job!
